Fun: Chris Matthews sings...

Mon Jun 04, 2007 at 04:53:16 PM PDT

(I've searched through the diaries, but haven't seen this posted.  Apologies if this has been posted before.)

Okay, it's the end of a long Monday, I'm not in the mood for posting anything substantive... and I found amusing something to share.  It's Chris Matthews singing to David Schuster at Schuster's wedding.

MD-Senate: Steele's (R) new ad takes on both parties...?

While watching Oakland continue their self-destruction on Sunday Night Football, I just saw the latest Michael Steele (R) commercial.

CNN: Look for a swing to... Kerry! (And the return of Perot?)

The above is an interesting article on cnn.com.  They're predicting a swing towards Kerry (which I'm guessing means that the poll numbers they're about to release show a swing to Kerry and they want to look like they know what they're talking about).

Also of interest is the possible return of Ross Perot who might make a big fuss about the huge deficit and the out-sourcing problem.  Unfortunately, the article is really vague...

I checked to see if this already had been posted, but couldn't find it.

In any case, this looks like good news.  I believe there will be a lot of Republicans voting Democrat or Libertarian or just staying home this November.  Hopefully, stories like this (if it gets a lot of press) will help to persuade the more moderate, pragmatic Republican voters to do the same.

Spread the meme!  Bush is bad for conservatives!

(My first diary.  I hope I'm doing this right.)
